ISOSTORE Storage Systems

ISOSTORE has been studied and designed to have a fixed width of 10, 12 or 13.60m and a fixed height of 3.00, 4.00 or 5.00m, while the length is variable (multiples of 2.50, 3.00, 3.20m) without restrictions because ISOSTORE as a prefabricated structure is made of side walls and roofs of repeated dimensions (modules). This system allows a very high flexibility of applications while maintaining the economy of the industrialized and standardized product.

ISOSTORE manages to satisfy housing needs in a minimum of time without the requirement of other workshops, creating spaces of large openings without columns, thermally insulated, with or without windows - ready to use - with the only requirement being the existence of a flat base of reinforced concrete, where the support is made with appropriately shaped plates and resilient plugs.

ISOSTORE offers the possibility of expansion in width and length. By special order, it can also be extended in height. For the foundation of ISOSTORE a slab and reinforced concrete level (with minimum slope) with an inverted perimeter beam are required. Accurate drawings are delivered by our company upon signing the contract.

After the ISOSTORE is installed, for added safety, an internal perimeter scaffolding is constructed around the perimeter. If there are sanitary facilities, the necessary hydraulic infrastructure and the cesspool are constructed at the same time as the base.

ISOSTORE is designed to be assembled without making any electrical connections or holes only with the use of binders and a lifting device (crane or forklift) it is possible to erect ISOSTORE with minimal human labour and in a short time. Dismantling for eventual transportation or expansion is done with similar ease.

ISOSTORE is equipped with man-holes, industrial doors, sliding, opening or roller doors, as well as windows, skylights, internal partitions, electrical and telephone installation, air conditioning, cranes, etc.
