ISOBOX Garage

Thermally insulated and fully equipped in a variety of dimensions with the possibility of having a prefabricated floor or not. ISOBOX GARAGE are combined to order with a wide range of extra equipment such as: electric door, remote control, human door, windows, shelves, counters, external entrance visor, air conditioning, electric heater, window rollers, screens, floor, floor thermal insulation, ventilation. ISOBOX GARAGE are manufactured for single or multiple spaces in the dimensions shown in the table.

 

CONSTRUCTION

The frame is made of heavy-duty galvanized cross-sections and hollow steel beams. The joints are made by arc welding. All metal parts have a primer coating and special durable oven finish paint.

 

WALLS

The external walls are made of 40mm thick WNL type polyurethane heat-insulating panels with double-sided coating of galvanized and painted white (RAL 9002) sheets. The thermal conductivity coefficient of the panels is 0.45 kcal//m²ºC. The surfaces of the panels have small ribs for high mechanical resistance. The ends of the panels end in a male female for the connection between them.

 

ROOF

The roof of the garage consists of inclined polyurethane panels of trapezoidal cross-section type TRS with double-sided coating of galvanized and painted white sheet metal (RAL 9002) and insulation of self-extinguishing high-density CFC-Free polyurethane of 40mm thickness. The panels terminate in galvanized horizontal gutters. The coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.40Kcal/m²ºC. And the construction offers complete tightness. The entire construction has been designed to minimize thermal bridges.

 

FLOOR (EXTRA)

It is made of joists with a large static height, covered with 20mm thick marine plywood and finally with hard and waterproof PVC or polyester coating. Upon request, the floor can be insulated with 40mm polyurethane plates. electrical installation The electrical installation is manufactured in accordance with current legislation and European specifications. It includes a complete electrical panel with automatic fuses, double fluorescent lighting bodies, leakage relays, switches, sockets, cables, channels and generally all the necessary components of the electrical installation. The ISOBOX GARAGE also includes a telephone line with an American socket.

 

DOORS-WINDOWS

The GARAGE ISOBOX doors are roll type made of a special steel profile. The finishes at the edges of the profile are made of durable plastic where, in combination with suitable rubber gaskets on the guides, they reduce noise and offer additional airtightness. They can be manual, electric or electric with control (EXTRA). The human doors (EXTRA) are made of heat-insulating panels, aluminum casing and have safety locks. The windows (EXTRA) are as a rule sliding on top of each other made of special aluminum profiles and 4mm thick glass. Upon request, it is possible to deliver them with double glazing as well as with external high-quality polyurethane-insulated roller shutters. In the event that the ISOBOX GARAGE is used exclusively for parking and car storage, an opening (tilting) skylight is sufficient. ​

 

BASE

No foundation needed. It is placed on metal, wooden or concrete pegs, 20cm high, on flat ground or on a flat base. In the case that it does not have a prefabricated floor, it must be placed on a flat slab of reinforced concrete.
