ISOBOX Domus

Their size and robust monolithic construction enable easy transportation and immediate use without the need for additional work. The ISOBOX Domus houses can be extended in width, length and height (up to three floors), depending on the needs, while retaining the advantages of the self-supporting construction and the advantage of low weight.

Their high level of equipment and modern design offer a comfortable, pleasant and bright working and living environment. They are equipped with doors, windows as well as complete electrical, telephone and plumbing installations as required. At the place of installation the user is simply asked to connect the utilities and possibly the drains to the networks.

On request, the houses are offered with an air conditioner or air heater installed.

With ISOBOX prefabricated housing estates it is possible to build entire housing estates in a short time and at low cost.

CONSTRUCTION
The frame is made of galvanized sections and heavy-duty hollow beams. The joints are made by arc welding. All metal parts have a double primer and finish paint coating.

ROOF
Internally, a suspended polyurethane banner ceiling has been installed with a double-sided coating of galvanised and painted sheet metal 0.6mm thick and 40mm thick self-extinguishing high density polyurethane insulation. Externally, inclined sheets of galvanised laminate are fitted which provide complete waterproofing.

FLOOR
Manufactured from galvanised high static height galvanised panels, covered with MDF or 20mm thick marine plywood and finally with hard and waterproof PVC. On request the floor can be insulated with polyurethane boards.

WALLS
The internal partitions and external walls are made of 40mm thick polyurethane insulating banners with double-sided coating of galvanized and painted laminates. The thermal conductivity coefficient of the banners is 0.45 Kcal/m²h°C.

DOORS - WINDOWS
External doors are made of thermally insulated banners and white aluminium frame. Internal doors have a door leaf made of coloured pressed wood and a white aluminium frame. The doors are fitted with security locks. The windows are generally sliding superimposed sliding windows made of special aluminium profiles and 4 mm thick crystals. Upon request, it is possible to deliver with double crystals as well as with external blinds of high quality with polyurethane insulation.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION            
The electrical installation is designed and installed according to the use in accordance with the legislation in force and the European standards. It includes an electrical panel with automatic circuit breakers, double fluorescent lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, cables, channels and generally all the components of the electrical and telephone installation.

HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION
It consists of PVC pipes, copper pipes and all the necessary bathroom and kitchen fittings fully installed. All materials are in accordance with European standards.

BASE   
No foundation is required. It is placed on metal, wooden or concrete pegs, 20-30cm high, on level ground.

EXTERNAL DESIGN
Specific exterior treatments such as booth finishes, special surface materials or different claddings make ISOBOX Domus differentiated, offering a unique aesthetic effect.

TWO SIDED ROOF
The roof of ISOBOX Domus, in order to serve special climatic conditions or architectural needs, the whole structure can have a visible pitched roof.


ISOBOX Domus houses can be combined widthwise to form very large spaces with an appropriate internal layout to meet your needs. At the same time, for a better use of space, they can be made bi-level by using internal or external stairs.

The ISOBOX Domus can be extended up to 3 floors in height, where access to the floors can be made with a hydraulic lift in addition to external and internal stairs.

Specially designed and constructed spaces without dimensional restrictions (mainly in height) with the possibility of prefabricated or conventional flooring covering permanent installations of high requirements.
